As a Chicago interior designer specializing in residential and commercial environments, Epic Interiors approached this corporate office at One North Wacker as an opportunity to elevate the workplace experience through design and art. Located within one of Chicago’s premier office towers in the Loop, the space was designed to feel both professional and inspiring, supporting productivity while introducing a strong visual identity.
The design balances clean architectural lines with warmth and material richness, creating an environment that feels polished yet approachable. Open work areas, collaborative zones, and private offices are unified through a cohesive palette and thoughtful spatial flow, ensuring the space supports both focused work and team interaction. Every element was considered to enhance clarity, comfort, and usability within a modern corporate setting.
A curated contemporary art program plays a central role in defining the space. Integrated throughout key areas, the artwork introduces energy, movement, and a distinct point of view, transforming the office into an environment that feels dynamic and engaging. Rather than serving as a finishing layer, the art anchors the design, reinforcing Epic Interiors’ belief that visual storytelling is essential to creating spaces that feel intentional, memorable, and aligned with the people who inhabit them.
