Corporate Lobby Mural | Chicago
As a Chicago interior designer specializing in residential design and commercial environments, Epic Interiors approached this corporate lobby as an opportunity to create a defining visual statement through large-scale art. The two-story mural was conceived as more than a decorative feature, it serves as the focal point of the space, establishing identity, energy, and a strong first impression from the moment of entry. In high-traffic environments like corporate lobbies, murals can transform blank surfaces into immersive, brand-defining experiences that shape how visitors and employees perceive a space.
The design balances scale and restraint, allowing the artwork to command attention while integrating seamlessly into the surrounding architecture. The mural introduces movement, depth, and visual rhythm, drawing the eye vertically and reinforcing the spatial experience of the lobby. As with all of Epic Interiors’ work, the art is fully integrated into the design process, not applied at the end, ensuring a cohesive environment where architecture, materiality, and visual storytelling work together.
