Our new Virtual Design Service is a unique blend of cutting-edge industry technology and design expertise with a personal touch. This service is designed to support and guide you through every step of the design process.
We offer our Standard and Prime Design Packages depending on the complexity of your space. Once you’ve selected the right package for your room and registered online, an Epic Designer will be in touch. We’ll schedule your first design consultation, exchange a few additional questions via email, and ask you to share photos and measurements of the areas you plan to revitalize along with any design inspirations you may have.
Using an easy, online video chat, you’ll have the first design consultation with your Epic Designer. We’ll talk about your design goals and ideas, your style, and together we’ll build a vision. We’ll also help you determine your budget to put you on the path toward bringing your dream space to life.
In the second virtual meeting, your Designer will present recommended moodboards and style preferences — focusing on color, pattern and the products you love. We’ll listen closely to your feedback to make sure we’re headed in the right direction. Finally, we will detail specifics in the space we are revitalizing and get a complete understanding of your comfort level for change.
In your last meeting, “The Reveal,” will include your final designer’s presentation of your new design. You’ll receive a photorealistic rendering of your new custom design along with a floor plan, finishes and all your favorite products, colors and materials discussed in previous meetings.
Before you purchase your items for the remodel, we’ll ship you your custom box of sample finishes, tile swatches, paint chips, fabric swatches. These will help you visualize your new space and easily take the box with you when you shop for decor. Your box will also include your completed rendering, floor plan and personalized shopping list.
Using an easy online video chat service, you will meet with your designer in up to three meetings to share design ideas and build a vision.
Visualize your dream room with a photorealistic rendering and floor plan. It’s perfect, you can easily share the visual with your contractor for seamless execution.
A photo can only do so much. With Epic, you will receive a customized box of finishes, tile swatches, paint chips and more that allow you to touch and feel each sample. Then, you can purchase what you love.
Your sample box also includes a detailed, itemized shopping list with the products you discussed and selected in your photorealistic rendering.
Aim higher with our Standard to Prime design packages. Standard design offers the same level of our design attention and detail as Prime, but means the space may be slightly less complex. Prime designs, like kitchens, may require a bit more functional planning and thinking.
